About this video
The 72nd Medical Group conducts a simulated mass casualty exercise as part of its first Tier 3 Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) course at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, Oct. 9, 2026. The exercise challenged medics to assess injuries, prioritize treatment and perform lifesaving interventions under simulated battlefield conditions. Establishing Tier 3 TCCC training at Tinker allows medical personnel to develop advanced combat casualty care skills at their home station while building the capability to train future students. The training strengthens deployment readiness by preparing medics to respond to medical emergencies in high-stress, resource-limited environments. (U.S. Air Force video by Jao’Torey Johnson)
