About this video
In response to a rapidly evolving strategic environment, the U.S. Marine Corps is undertaking a historic transformation of its Force Development Enterprise (FDE) to accelerate the delivery of modernized, integrated capabilities to the warfighter. This overhaul, centered on a new Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) model, empowers leaders and streamlines the entire process from concept to divestment. By integrating functions across the enterprise, leveraging data-driven mission engineering, and instilling a bias for action, the FDE is designed to overcome bureaucratic inertia and ensure the Fleet Marine Force receives the critical tools needed to fight and win against any adversary.
