Airmen and soldiers assigned to multiple squadrons triage, load, unload and provide care to simulated patients for Exercise Ultimate Caduceus 2026 at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, Sept. 7, 2026. UC26 practices multi-agency and joint-branch movement and care coordination for simulated patients in large-scale transportation missions in the future. After initial triage, the patients are assessed for injuries and transported to secondary locations for specialized care in partnership with industry and interagency entities.
