About this video
Soldiers, Family Members, and guests gather for the 1st Infantry Division Artillery (DIVARTY) Change of Responsibility for Command Sgt. Maj. Albert Turner, the outgoing senior enlisted leader of DIVARTY, to incoming Command Sgt. Maj. Sean Morrissey, the brigade's new incoming senior enlisted leader, at Fort Riley, Kansas, Sept. 29, 2026. A change of responsibility is rich in military symbolism and heritage and reinforces the role of the noncommissioned officer in the Army, highlighting their role as a bridge between the commander and the formation's enlisted Soldiers.
