About this video
NEW CASTLE AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, Del. — Michelle Crowley, Integrated Primary Prevention Workforce - Air lead, and Col. Jeremy Meartz, commander of the 166th Airlift Wing, encourage 166th Airlift Wing Airmen and civilian employees to participate in the 2026 Defense Organizational Climate Survey (DEOCS).
The survey encourages members to highlight what is working within the wing as well as areas where improvement is needed and provides feedback about the organization’s climate and gives leaders and the Integrated Primary Prevention Workforce actionable information to identify areas of strength, address concerns and provide resources and strategies that support readiness and retention.
The survey remains open through Nov. 30, 2026.
