About this video

U.S. Army Soldiers and Indian Army soldiers work together to identify and plot targets, share targeting data, and relay fire commands during Yudh Abhyas 2026 at Mahajan Field Firing Range, Rajasthan, India, Sept. 22, 2026. The scenario integrates M777 and Dhanush howitzers, Pinaka multi-barrel rocket launchers, L/70 Bofors air defense guns, and the Mobile Low, Slow, Small Unmanned Aircraft Integrated Defeat System, or M-LIDS, as part of a layered response to simulated drone attacks and swarms. The bilateral training strengthens interoperability and prepares both armies to coordinate fires and counter-unmanned aircraft capabilities against emerging threats.
