About this video

U.S. Navy Corpsmen with 4th Medical Battalion, 4th Marine Logistics Group, Marine Forces Reserve, and Swedish medical personnel with 2nd Naval Combat Service Support Battalion conduct combined casualty care and patient movement training during Exercise Archipelago Endeavor 26 in Berga, Sweden, Sept. 4, 2026. Combined training between U.S. Marines and the Swedish Armed Forces focuses on medical crisis response, chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear defense, and amphibious operations. The training challenged U.S. and Swedish forces to move simulated casualties through decontamination, immediate medical treatment, evacuation, and continued care at a field medical facility while working together throughout the casualty care process. Archipelago Endeavor 26 strengthens bilateral interoperability, littoral defense capabilities, and tactical cooperation while demonstrating the readiness of U.S. and Swedish forces to operate together in the Baltic Sea region.
