About this video
Former U.S. Navy Photographer’s Mates reunite aboard the aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69), returning to a flight deck decades after serving together aboard USS America (CV 66). The visit gave the veterans an opportunity to reconnect, share memories and reflect on their role documenting naval operations and preserving the stories of Sailors around the world. Their work helped chronicle Navy history and continues to influence today’s generation of Navy visual information professionals. (U.S. Navy video by Zachary Wickline)
