About this video
U.S. Sen. John Boozman, U.S. Rep. Rick Crawford and the Hon. Adam Telle, assistant secretary of the Army for civil works, discuss the importance of the recently completed Three Rivers Project.
Located near the confluence of the Arkansas, White and Mississippi rivers, the Three Rivers Project reduces the risk of a cutoff forming between the Arkansas and White rivers and protects the long-term reliability of the McClellan-Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System. By reducing that risk, USACE helps safeguard navigation and regional commerce while protecting the surrounding environment and strengthening the resilience of this nationally significant waterway.
