About this video
Over the next few months, the Defense Organizational Climate Survey (DEOCS) is open — and we're asking every one of you to take 20 minutes and be heard.
This isn't a formality. It's anonymous, it's confidential, and it's the clearest picture we get of what's actually working in this unit and what isn't. Leadership. Cohesion. Trust. Safety. You know these things better than any report ever could — the DEOCS is how you tell us.
We can't fix what we don't know about. Your honest input drives real decisions on how we lead and take care of this formation.
Take the survey. Your voice matters. #DEOCS #ArmyStrong #UnitReadiness
