About this video
This homepage hero video was custom-developed using public domain visual information assets sourced from the Defense Visual Information Distribution Service (DVIDS). High-definition, action-oriented B-roll clips showcasing diverse Navy and joint-force mission systems were selected to represent core operational capabilities. These assets were edited, sequenced, and optimized into a compressed, muted, loop-ready format. The resulting video is integrated into the AFPIMS framework with a high-contrast dark overlay to ensure compliant readability of overlying text, maximizing visual engagement while maintaining full accessibility.
