**THIS POSTING IS CROSS POSTED FROM SEAPORT OPPORTUNITIES DUE TO LOSING FUNCTIONS WITHIN SEAPORT OPPORTUNITIES.** THIS IS FOR SEAPORT MAC HOLDERS ONLY. This is an Advance Notice/Sources Sought for SCSTC Instructor Services Follow-On. This is a combined Advance Notice/Sources Sought only. This is not a request for proposals and does not obligate the Government to award a Contract or Task Order. The Navy is now utilizing the Solicitation Portal within the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) as an enterprise solution for soliciting and receiving proposals. All SeaPort MAC holders will need to register for PIEE accounts in order to now receive solicitations and submit proposals. 13 April 2026 - Attached the Industry Day Slides and provided the preregistration list. Also, switched the Advance Notice/Sources Sought from SeaPort Opportunities to PIEE-SOL/SAM.gov. 06 October 2026 - Due to a change in contracting strategy to comply with Executive Order 14402 (EO 14402), the Government is revising the anticipated contract type to be a hybrid Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) Level of Effort (LOE) and Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Task Order. As a result of this change, all interested vendors must submit a capability statement, even if one was previously submitted. Responses must be received no later than NOON EST on 16 October 2026 via e-mail to brooke.n.lindner.civ@us.navy.mil. What this source notice establishes

The label describes explicit language in the synchronized official notice. A protest-related notice does not establish a GAO ruling, protest disposition or procurement violation. Follow-on or recompete language is not independent confirmation of an approved future procurement.

No winning company, loss by a particular company, transaction obligation or total contract value is inferred from the title or narrative. Silence, expiration, cancellation and another company’s award are not treated as a company loss.

This is a dated reference, not a claim that a notice was posted today. Removal from the active opportunity feed does not itself withdraw a historical notice. STN rechecks the latest completed stored source snapshot for this notice, including corrections and withholding decisions, before serving this page. Unavailable evidence is not replaced by a demonstration record.
