This procurement is for scheduled certificated U.S. airlines to provide passenger transportation services, Government-wide, for over 17,000 domestic/international airport or city pairs. The contracts are for the movement of passengers and are used by almost all Federal Agencies and various other authorized users. Travel agent services will not be solicited under this solicitation. Carriers who are otherwise eligible must also participate in the Civil Reserve Air Fleet (CRAF) program or receive a Letter of CRAF Technical Ineligibility from the United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM). For information regarding the CRAFprogram, call the DOD Commercial Airlift Division at (618) 229-4801. What this source notice establishes
The label describes explicit language in the synchronized official notice. A protest-related notice does not establish a GAO ruling, protest disposition or procurement violation. Follow-on or recompete language is not independent confirmation of an approved future procurement.
No winning company, loss by a particular company, transaction obligation or total contract value is inferred from the title or narrative. Silence, expiration, cancellation and another company’s award are not treated as a company loss.
This is a dated reference, not a claim that a notice was posted today. Removal from the active opportunity feed does not itself withdraw a historical notice. STN rechecks the latest completed stored source snapshot for this notice, including corrections and withholding decisions, before serving this page. Unavailable evidence is not replaced by a demonstration record.
